Bieffe Bieffe have been making Drawing Office Furniture since the middle of the last century. The name Bieffe comes from the name of the Italian founder Bruno Ferese and is pronounced BFe. in the 1950s the Junior and Senior stands introduced a new concept in drawing stands where both rake and height could be adjusted with one lever or pedal. Designers all over the world seized on the clever design and the yellow Junior stand with it's large cylindrical counterweight was seen in all the leading studios and drawing offices. The range grew and Bieffe rapidly became the market leader both in quality and design. The Bieffe plan chest is another product still used by leading design practises as they trust it's durability and stunning good looks. Others have copied but never managed to get the styling right. Bieffe continues to be made in Italy with a distribution centre in Paris.
