Compact laminate drawing board, 14mm thick available in three sizes, A3, A2 and A1. Chromed prop handle stands the board at the correct working angle and when folded forms a convenient carrying handle. The aluminium reversible parallel motion has perpex edges which are marked 1:1 ;1:2 in centimetres and the reverse edge has 1:5, 1:2.5 for scaled drawings. It takes 10 seconds to unscrew the ruler from the sliding carriage with the metal to metal fittings(see picture) and the same to refit. The edges of the rule are "captured" to ensure continuing stability. There are 2 rubber feet on the front edge to give a good grip to the working surface The ruler blade is similar to the scales we supply with top of the range drafting machines. The aluminium centre gives strength whilst the clear perspex ruler edges allow you to see your drawing. The markings are engraved on the underside so they will not rub off. The perspex inking edges are raised from the board so that your drawing ink will not smudge.
