A pair of cylindrical weights for use with Neolt Parallel Motions. The weight has a duct running through the centre through which the wire is pushed. The wire is locked by tightening hexagonal bolts (allen) threaded through the weight. Sold as a pair. Can be used on other makes but remember these are "counter" weights designed to counter balance the weight of your parallel motion ruler and may not balance a very heavy ruler.

A pair of high tensile plastic coated* wires specifically for as replacements for Bieffe and Neolt Parallel motions on boards up to 1000mm deep. These wires are supplied without any brass or other metal eyes or fittings which we are unable to supply.
We find that on old wires the plastic coating as eroded and maybe disappeared. It is applied to keep the wires running smoothly at a constant diameter.
