 | Very pleased with rapid delivery of order in time for my daughter's birthday - and grateful that you had the I was looking for, when not a single art shop in London knew what I was talking about. She now no longer has to use the back of an old atlas!
Love the packaging - box is now recycled as drawings portfolio. But I think you are dumbing yourselves down by apologising and terming your recycled packaging eccentric - your enlightened approach is, after all, the way we must all go now.

I would like to thank you for your handling of my order for a CS20. The order was placed on Tuesday 9th, and to my great surprise, delivered to me yesterday, Thursday 11th!
This redounds to your credit, having in place efficient handling processess that are obviously activated immediately an order is received. But also, due entirely to my misunderstanding of the online ordering procedure (which I rarely use), I had cause to telephone for assistance. This too was helpful, courteous, patient and a refreshingly human touch. I would recommend your business and service to any of my many artistic friends.

| I was looking for a new studio type easel to kick start my artistic ambitions, on a web search your name came up - and included in the range you stocked was just what i was looking for, and at a reasonable price to boot. The easel i chose was an Italian cappelletto - studio easel CS-20.
My order arrived just three days later and was soon assembled and admired for its quality. now all i need is to paint some quality work using my new purchase.

|  | I just wanted to say I LOVE this easel. It is a huge and invaluable addition to my kit. I have no regrets in my decision. I have attached a few images of me on board the Tatteshall Castle, Victoria Embankment on Friday. I had a great time using it, and all was so easy, once I had finished, just put away and on my back again. I walked around London a while before returning to the vessel and painting a second image later that day.
